Coating Pans are often used in the cosmetic, food and pharmaceutical industries to apply seasoning or a coating to a product in a uniform manner. Typically coating pans are used to coat pellets, tablets or sweets and are commonly used in the confectionery and pharmaceutical industries. There are many different types of coating pans but the main ones are standard coating pans and perforated pans. Manufacturers include Freund, Glatt, Manesty, Stokes and Thomas Engineering.
